These are built in: sign in once and Mindfront has them. Every entry below is read out of the running product at build time, so this page cannot advertise a capability the appliance does not ship, or omit one it does.

Integrations authenticate via OAuth where the provider supports it, and everything they surface respects team-based access. An integration only ever shows a user what that user is permitted to see.

Not on this list? Most commercial software has a published MCP server you can connect in about five minutes, and anything built in-house takes a Fiber bridge. The guided setup works out which applies from the system’s name.

CRM & sales

Apollo.io

I have Apollo here — prospect research, contact enrichment, and verified-email lookup. I search people by name or LinkedIn URL, find companies by industry and size, list employees at a target organisation, and unlock verified emails when outreach goes out.

SynthCRM

I have a built-in CRM here on the appliance — leads, contacts, deals, accounts. Records live in the platform's encrypted internal store; no third-party service, no credentials, no data leaves the appliance.

Zoho CRM

I have the org's Zoho CRM here — leads, contacts, deals, accounts, every Zoho module the org has enabled. I look up records by phone or email, attach notes, reassign ownership, and create or update records across them all.

ERP

ERPNext

I have the org's ERPNext here — sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, items, stock movements, customers and suppliers. I look up documents, draft and submit new ones, patch fields on existing records, and pick up ERP activity as it happens.

Email & productivity

Mailbox

I keep the organization's own email inbox. A colleague's mail reaches me within the minute and lands in our ongoing conversation — I reply in-thread, and each person's thread with me carries its full history.

Microsoft 365

I have the org's Microsoft 365 here — mail, calendar, and contacts on the connected account. I read incoming mail and reply through it, see what's on the calendar, and look up contacts; online meetings (Teams) light up from the same OAuth grant in a follow-up.
