MindFront works with multimedia content beyond text — within whatever context you give it, on the same conversation surfaces you already use.

Vision

When you share an image — a screenshot, a scanned document, a whiteboard photo, a product photo — MindFront can read it and reason over it alongside your text question. Typical uses:

  • “Here’s a screenshot of the error — what’s going wrong?”
  • “Read this scanned invoice and prepare a draft expense report.”
  • “What does the whiteboard from yesterday’s meeting look like?”

Audio Transcription

MindFront can transcribe audio you share with it — interviews, voice memos, recorded calls — into text it can then summarise, search, or act on.

Real-Time Voice Conversations

MindFront supports bidirectional voice in chat. Speak to it, and it speaks back. The same conversation context and approval workflow as text chat — useful for hands-free briefings or quick decision support.

Meetings

MindFront integrates with the major meeting platforms — Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, and Amazon Chime — so the transcript and outcomes of a meeting flow into MindFront as the meeting completes, and the AI can act on them (draft follow-ups, file action items, update records) without anyone summarising the room.

In-person meetings are supported too: open meeting mode on your laptop and set it on the table.
