Users
Users in Mindfront are the humans in your organization who interact with the system.
Mindfront allows for an unlimited number of users with no cost per user. The license is for the deployment, not the seat, so adding a colleague costs nothing and nobody has to ration accounts.
The limit that does exist is physical, not commercial: one appliance serves one organization, and a very large organization may need to talk to us about capacity to size the hardware for its headcount. Nobody is billed per person either way.
Each user belongs to one or more Teams. Team membership decides two separate things: which resources that person can read, and which connected modules they can reach.
Membership
Two teams exist in every deployment. Everyone holds every user and cannot be left. Admin holds the operators, and it is an ordinary team grant rather than a bypass: an admin sees what is tagged Admin, and no more. Every other team is one your administrator creates.
Managing people
Administration is a module like any other, so an administrator asks for these in plain language rather than hunting through a settings tree. Each one is proposed as a draft and waits for human approval before it commits.

Offboarding is irreversible, and it deliberately leaves conversations and audit history in place. Removing a person removes their access, not the record of what was decided while they were here.
