You wantSomething that works without a project.

Connect it once.
It starts working.

It signs in like a new hire. For most systems, connecting is a sign-in and a yes to what it may access: email, CRM, accounting, calendar, messaging. From then on it can read and act in them.

You wantAI that does things without being asked.

Your business
is the prompt.

Every event wakes it up. A new email, an order, an invoice, a finished meeting: each one arrives as an event. Mind notices it, reads what is relevant across your systems, and decides whether there is work to do. Your people can still ask it things in chat.

You wantNothing new for the team to learn.

It works where
your team already works.

Its actions land in your systems. The reply goes out from your email. The deal moves in your CRM. The invoice is checked in your accounting. Your records stay where they are, and so does everyone's routine.

You wantAI that understands the whole business.

It reads across
everything at once.

One program sees every connected system. A renewal request arrives by email. The unpaid invoice sits in accounting. Mind reads both and puts them together before it drafts a word, which a tool inside one system cannot do.

You wantAI that never embarrasses you.

Every action is scored
before it happens.

The score decides who signs off. Before it does anything in the outside world, each action gets a risk score from 0 to 1. Under the default policy, up to 0.20 runs on its own, up to 0.50 a second AI checks it, and up to 0.95 it waits for a person you have authorised. Above that it is refused. Every decision goes on the record, and every threshold is yours to tune.

You wantAI that learns how you do things.

Say a rule once.
It is written down.

Rules become plain sentences. When the CFO says renewals above $50,000 need sign-off, Mind writes it down with who said it and who it applies to. Your people can read every rule, correct it or retire it. The next $58,000 renewal goes to the CFO.

You wantNever to be stuck with yesterday's AI.

Swap the model.
Keep what it knows.

The model is a part you can change. The AI model does the thinking, and a better one ships every few months. The rules, the memory and the record live in your Mindfront, so moving to a new model keeps all of them. GPT, Claude, Gemini, or a model running on a box in your own building.

You wantYour data under your control.

It runs on a machine
that is yours.

One machine per company. Your Mindfront runs on a dedicated box in your building, or on an isolated cloud server, one per customer. Your data, its memory and its record all live there.
